Mina Melik Şentürk has close to 20 years of experience across project finance, infrastructure investments and M&A, including senior executive and board-level roles within large conglomerates active in energy and PPP infrastructure investments active in energy and PPP infrastructure investments. She has played a leading role in the structuring, financing and execution of complex transactions, including PPPs, energy projects and cross-border investments. Her experience spans healthcare, infrastructure, energy and real estate, combining strategic decision-making with hands-on transaction execution.
Mehmet Bakır MELİK
Mehmet Bakır Melik has over 25 years of experience in banking, capital markets and financial structuring. He has held senior roles within leading financial institutions, with deep expertise in balance sheet management, financial analysis, corporate lending and structured finance. His experience includes advising and structuring complex financing solutions, debt transactions and restructuring processes across sectors including infrastructure, energy, manufacturing and financial services.
Ferhat Melik has over 30 years of experience in corporate finance, financial restructuring and executive leadership, including senior and board-level roles within large corporate groups. He has led and advised on complex financial structuring, restructuring processes and high-value debt negotiations across sectors including energy, infrastructure, real estate and financial services. His experience combines board-level strategic oversight with hands-on execution in large-scale corporate and financing environments.
